Give the dogs a long walk and big hugs - they will probably cheer you up. Wish we still had one - Husband is not keen.
Just remembered - a friend of mine often uses the expression "you cannot eat an elephant all at once - bit it off in little chunks" If I am stressed and feel I have too much to do I think of this, and it really does help!

I think you need Transcendental meditation. The REAL thing where you are taught properly. I am not an oddity or weirdo (says she),and it was the last thing people would have expected me to do, but it was amazing. It is everything you need right now. Big Companies don't send their employees for nothing..........
